With a recent amendment to our funding, we have the ability to provide more flexible employment opportunities to students. We currently have three positions, available at various points during the year:
Our student farmers work hands-on with the crops, maintaining the plots and beds, harvesting and delivering produce, engaging with volunteers, and evaluating the success of our gardens each year.
Our garden coordinators organize and facilitate garden-based events and activities, workshops, and fundraisers. They maintain the social media presence, maintain the greenhouse and garden space, and engage volunteers.
Our managing director oversees the operations of the project, maintains and manages the team dynamics, communicates with key stakeholders, manages the budget, and works to keep the momentum of the project moving in the right direction.
